Why do I tell you this?!?! Cause there’s so much more you’re missing out on.. videos, lots more poems, channeled wisdoms that a later version of me always seems to really appreciate, personal growth, foooood and..

No.. that’s probably about it.  That’s a lot.  What more do you want?  Anyways.. maybe go connect with me elsewhere and let this run a little deeper 😉

Berry Pie

I can’t promise you that marriage will hold a million happy days
Or that they won’t be outnumbered by the ones that you cry
So when you consider who you’re going to marry –

Find someone that will make you pie

Someone that catches your consumption style
That will pour, blend, fold in some effort
Take time to tend to rising smiles

I can’t promise you that marriage will hold a million happy days
But maybe it will

Maybe each one, bursting bright notes of laughter
Bubbling over a love-woven crust

Dessert competitions
Host, submission and judges, just between us

Which is to say
If there are a million happy days

They’ll be oozing with fun
Stuffed full of berry pie
And abundant, with bushels of love.

So I can’t make any promises but… if they bake you a pie

They might be the one
Or maybe that’s a story,
Just berry true for us.
